It;s good, he comes out on time and within reasonable time frame. he does whatever needs to be done. I would highly recommend him. I don't use him for construction, but i hear he does all that as well from a friend

He was more reasonably priced. I liked him. It was him and one helper. It was a personable experience since it was only two people.
