He took too long working on the job and he would leave our job to work on other jobs. He started the job in the spring of 2008 and never completed the work even though we paid him the full amount that he billed us for. He installed a bad pump for a waterfall and refused to replace it. We sued and the judge ruled in our favor but he still has not reimbursed us for the bad pump. We found him difficult to work with and very unprofessional, and we are still waiting for him to reimburse us for the pump as the court ordered.
