They were very busy when I got there and I had concerns that the process would take a long time. I waited and they changed the oil and filter , rotated the tires, did a whole list of checks. They had to be reminded, but did inspect and agree to replace the driver side door seal that was splitting and coming apart. All this took only an hour or so and I was pleased.

They have appointments for you, and they are good at letting you know quickly what is wrong with your car. We've never had any issues, or had to bring anything back.

Buying a car from Kokomo Auto World could not have been easier or more fun! I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. Not only did they meet those requirements but they went out of their way to make it happen. I would drive a friend up there so they could buy a car from them just because I got such great service and want other people to have the same!

I hit a huge pothole; I thought I would lose the car, but luckily everything but the tires was damaged. They do a Ford, Honda, and Toyota. I have a Honda, and some of the places do not have the required equipments to service a Honda. I do not have any other choice. If the alignment is not correct, it takes special equipments to fix the Honda; the other places do not have those equipments. They do service my car well, I dropped off my car this morning and they said it will be done by tomorrow. I think they are a little pricey, but all the dealers are. I get my oil changed here, and they keep a record.

The car was in wonderful condition. It was a one-owner 5 year old car and seemed like it was brand new. Since we couldn't pay with a credit or debit card, they allowed us to take it home with us and stopped at our house the next morning to pick up the check. Now that's customer service! And trust! We are so glad we made the trip up Hwy 31. All of the people were super-nice.
