The last couple of years ive worked with Casey and Kelly from Indy-Res they are great people and offer great pressure washing services. 10/10 would recommend.

He and his employee James were very cordial and worked tirelessly for over six hours in the hot sun and ninety degree weather. Their combined work ethic was second to none. They went above and beyond and I would very highly recommend them to anyone who wants the highest quality of service. You can’t go wrong with Indy-Res!

I enjoy working with Indy Res. They are very responsive, leave reminder messages before the scheduled date, call when on their way. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so. They do great work.

Great! Christmas tree lights were amazing. In May they power washed steps and retaining wall to get rid of the green moss or algae. Steps were getting slick and this solved that. Looks like brand new brick. Casey is incredible -timely, professional, everything you could ask for.

The job made our house look cleaner and brighter! We are pleased.

He worked diligently to clean the brick surfaces, the chimney, the Hardie plank siding, and under the eaves. Frankly, the chimney hasn't looked this good in the five years we've owned the house. It took him about three hours and he left no mess behind. He even cleaned our front porch where you could see that the welcome mat had been. We are recommending him to our neighbors who also need this service.

Cleared our top deck gutters then blew out the loose debris. Our second year using Casey. They come twice per year. They are reliable, efficient and charge a reasonable fee.

Casey arrived in the time window, set up his equipment and set to work. He was very professional about all of it. First he washed the house, which is a big 3-story old house built in 1905, then washed the outside of each storm window using a brush and pure water for rinsing. It took about 5 hours of solid work.
