I called one year ago to get an estimate on the cost to run a new line to a detached building. I was told $500-700. I called back this year, almost one year exactly and asked if they could still do the project. I did not ask for another quote because I figured it would still be in the ballpark of the previous estimate and the guy I spoke with attended church with my mother and said they would give her a good price. I was shocked when the invoice came at $1,355. I called to inquire about the price difference and the guy never returned my call. This was not unusual. I had to call a couple of times just to talk to someone about the work I wanted done. After we agreed to move forward with the project, my calls still were not always returned. Very frustrating. I called again and talked with the President of the company about the price difference. He didn't seem to care too much since I didn't have a written quote. Although the actual electical work was satisfactory, I would not do business with them again. Customer service is poor and their word means nothing. If you choose to do business with them, you should get everything in writing.
