Water Softener Service
Our Hague Water Softner was installed by running the brine hose to our sump pump by Hague Quality Water of Kokomo. Our sump pump then failed after 2 years resulting in a lot of damage and out of pocket expenses. The company stated this was common installation practice. We have since properly ran the brine house to a drain that was close to water softener.

Water Softener Service
In the past year they have been out here 5 times trying to get it to work properly. First it was making a horrendous noise in the middle of the night, they came out 3 times before telling us a part was bad and replaced it. Since it has been replaced we have twice had salty water in our taps because it does not complete the cycle. It leaves water in the salt container, using up all our salt and leaving our tap water salty. This was not a cheap water softener. I want a new softener. I have had enough of this.
