The unprofessionalism, was when the tech wanted to tell me his findings.  Instead of just opening the door from garage to house and calling my name, he walked all the way through my house to where I was on my computer.  He tracked some dirt on the carpet, but didn't especially like that he just walked in.  They sent another person, yet that day, for an estimate on a new system.  The price was OK, but he basically asked my sq. footage then sat in the truck and wrote the etimate up, came back to the house and handed it to me.  Another reason I would not recommend Griffey is that they are having a very high turnover in employees and are rumored to be having cash flow problems.  I didn't want to stay with a compnay that might soo go out of business.  I got a second estimate and went with that company.  The 2nd estimate was just a bit higher, but was more professional from the time the salesman rang my doorbell until the system was installed the next day.  The I used Rex Byers and would recommend rate them very highly.

Gave estimate with a complete explanation of equipment to be installed. Gave date and time of installation. They arrived on time. A control board in the new furnace failed to work and another person was called in to wire around the problem until a new board could be obtained - thus providing uninterupted heat. They returned and installed the board as promised. The entire experience was excellent and very professional.

I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS COMPANY. THEY DO A LOT OF THINGS THAT OTHERS WONT. THEY HAVE ALSO DONE ROOFING AND DUCT WORK FOR US. EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE IS SUPERB. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD TOO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
