"I'm really not quite sure what prompted this negativity. In the inspection report 2 full pages of defiecencies were reported including active leaks, knob and tube wiring, roof leaks, flashing problems, door damage, open wiring, and more. If this individual had read his paperwork he would see that water softeners are excluded from the inspection. As former Electrical Inspector for the city for over 20 years, I've inspected literally thousands of breaker boxes. This home has a copper ground. If he is unable to locate it, I would have been happy to show him. I never heard from this individual after the inspection. No questions, phone calls...just this negative response. I spent over a half an hour restating what to do with the vermiculite insulation discovered in the attic. He didnt seem to understand. Been in business since 1994, and I know you can't please everyone, but honestly, this one is a puzzle to me. As a responsible business owner I can't help but be concerned by any unhappy client. A phone call could have solved this all. I would gladly post the entire inspection here for all to see if allowed by licensing law, but it prohibits that. I make it a point on every single inspection to let my clients know to give me a call if they have any questions. I guess it still holds true, "A man hears what he want to hear and disregards the rest.""
