It took a few weeks to get a technician out to address the problem.
Once he arrived it went well. The technician could not get the problem to occur and it hasn't occurred since. He talked through with me what he was doing as he worked. He did talk through some options regarding conversion from 120v to 220v power.
The technician arrived on-time and seemed quite knowledgeable.
