Initially, I met with Jon and we discussed what we wanted to achieve and possible ways to achieve the end result. During those first meetings Jon was primarily concerned with matching the setup with our anticipated useage and how how he might ensure that the end-product was "user-friendly". He had extraordinary patience and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to make certain that he was making me aware of various options for achieving the desired outcome. Once the final draft of the plan was complete, he, again, discussed it thoroughly with my wife and me; we made a few additional changes and then finalized it. Jon then scheduled the work and it began and continued usually according to schedule; if something affected the scheduled work, he always discussed it in advance and adhered to the revised schedule. His workers and his on-site manager, Brady, were very professional and cooperative. They were well-organized and did leave a mess! When the work was completed, they patiently reviewed the operation of the entire system and returned a few times just to "tweak" some minor items and to be certain that we were satisfied with the operation of the system.
