Crawlspace Doctor - Tom Fidelle

Unprofessional did not finish the job and done some damage to the house I haven't been able to contact them their voicemail has been full for over a year.

Very friendly and professional workers that I enjoyed having around while the work was being performed.  All the work was completed in a timely manner.  I only gave a B for quality because I had to ask that the vapor barrier be seal up better and some of the walls have the vinyl  up the walls where it was not a moisture area.  This was because we have high RADON levels and I had expressed that was one of my MAJOR concerns.  BUT in the end everything was taken care to my satisfaction and I am happy with how things turned out.  It was well worth having this done!

I contacted this contractor to have a crawlspace drain and sump put in.  He provided a quote within a reasonable timeframe.  Unfortunately, any followup communications were lacking.  I spoke via telephone with the contractor to request references which he said he would do.  Two days later I had not heard from him, so I thought the information provided may have been written down incorrectly so I called and left a voice message relaying the information once more and providing my contact number again.  Now another three days gone and still no communications. 
I have contacted another company for the work.
Mr. Fidelle did finally contact me this afternoon. Unfortunately it is a little too late.
