We took the car to City Tire. They diagnosed the problem. My husband and his friend, a former mechanic, tried to put the new part in. They could not get the old part off because they needed a different tool. We took it to City Tire and they replaced the part and only charged the labor since we had the part. Very honest. Very fair and very friendly.

They were quick to get to the U-joints. But I was not impresssed with the alignment. The steering wheel was nit centered. I made this adjustment at home with no issues.

Chris at City Tire is very personable and so super nice. He got me in the day I called and out the same day. I enjoy talking to him when I call. He and his crew are so professional and helpful! I wouldn't go any place else...
