I pulled in the lot, walked inside and a service tech came up to greet me. I gave him a brief rundown of the problem and he walked right out to my car and began listening to the sound the car was making. He then grabbed another tech (presumably with more experience) and he came over to listen as well. He said he thought it was the water pump going out, but wanted to be sure, so he got the big guy, Gary to come out. Gary was professional, cordial, and it was easy to tell he knew his stuff. He told me he could definitely get me in and out tomorrow, but I told him that my wife needed to be able to get to work the next day. He said he’d do what he could and as long as nobody ahead of me was pushing and I said that’s fine. Before my wife came to pick me up, he came back and said he’d likely have it done by this afternoon. So I went home and 3 hours later he called to tell me it was ready. Can’t get much better than that! I also researched what a water pump replacement should cost and i found anywhere from $260 - $800, so he was on the right end of the price spectrum. This was my first experience at Burns and while I hope it’s my last, if I have to go anywhere again for auto repairs, I’m going here. Best service in town, hands down. Thanks!!

Although they were busy, they worked us in last minute. Were extremely helpful and friendly. Pricing was quite reasonable and understood that I really needed my vehicle and took care of me right away. Since we recently moved here, I am so happy to have found such a great shop to take my vehicles to.

They seem to make good determinations and we trust them. There are competitive and complete the repairs quickly for us. They are responsive and work us in as quickly as they can. They know us on site and greet us by our names.
