Called and told them my washer was broken.  It wouldn't fill.  Must be a valve stuck open.  All cycles, no water would stay in tub.  Very frustrating; I do laundry about every other day.  She asked me to look at back of washer and locate the drain hose.  She advised that the hose needed to travel above the console to gain the siphon effect and allow the tub to fill.  We had recently done some drain cleaning and the hose had not been put back properly. Problem solved, zero cost, laundry pile dwindling!  Thanks Bass Appliance!

The sensor had gone out in my oven just before the holidays. The repairman came on time, quickly found the problem, and ordered the part. While in my home the repairman took the time to explain to me what was happening and why.

My microwave started shooting sparks and after a quick phone call to Bass appliances to see if it was even worth fixing or buying a new one the counter person told me that it was probably the micah covering the radiation port. I removed it and took it in to the shop on Markland Ave. and she promptly cut a new piece. I came home put it back into the microwave and it works almost like new again. Service was prompt and very cost efficient, and the counter person was very knowledgeable.
