There was a little confusion with the first scheduled meeting, but I received a phone call and the meeting was rescheduled for the next day. Other than that, I've been very pleased with the cleaning of my house. They do an excellent job and always arrive when scheduled. I am very pleased with the job they do and would recommend them to anybody looking for an in home cleaning service.

I would not recommend A Ladie's Touch for blind cleaning because they washed the blinds while they were still hanging at the windows. The solution they were used got all over my clean windows. I was going on vacation, and was only able to clean 2 of the windows before I left. Now, I have to rewash windows that I just paid someone else to wash! I didn't think they were going to clean the blinds while they were hanging, and I didn't open the blinds to look at the windows. After they left, I couldn't believe my windows! For that reason, I would not use A Ladie's Touch again, but I have to say, they did charge a good price. The people who showed up were nice enough, but that didn't make up for the way they cleaned the blinds. Also, my sister and I both looked at the blinds, and they weren't even all that clean!

Wish you would have called at the time and I would have been right there to take a look at any complaint that you had."

The owner is Janis Hosler. It took them 4 or 5 hours to do the job. My house is a one floor bungalow, and was in desperate need of cleaning and I called them in, as I had not been able to do it. They cleaned the windows, blinds, floor, and the complete kitchen. They were very thorough, and friendly, they came to work, and not to play around. Their work was extremely satisfactory. I have never had it done it before, for 4 people for 4 hours the price seemed fair. They were responsive, and got there on time.

They tell you exactly what they are going to do and they provide all of their own cleaning products. They are willing to do things the way you want it done. They work fast and efficient and they are very friendly. I have a large house and the price was very fair.
