Horkmans Cleaning Service

Have had Horkman Cleaning for several years and for the price they do a decent job of cleaning. They were to clean on their regularly scheduled day on 10/18, when I arrive home at 7:00 pm they had not cleaned and had left a message at 3:00 pm on my home system they were backed up and could not make it and would be back in two weeks. This caused a severe problem as I had
people coming to my house the next day for an all day event and now had to spend the evening cleaning, as well as prepping for the event. They had my cell phone number, which they have used in the past, and could have given me a heads up earlier in the day. That evening I left them a message on my displeasure in the situation and I have not had a response, nor any type of attempt to save a long term client. It has been more than a week with no response, so that's why I am now writing this review.

I've used Horkmans Cleaning Service three times now. These guys are wonderful. I had had terrible luck with finding a reliable housecleaner (no shows, late, etc). I love dealing with Horkmans - they show up on time, they're very reasonably priced and they do a great job. Very professional!

I almost hate to give an honest review for Horkman's because I'm afraid they will get too busy or too expensive!! (That's a joke, by the way. Mostly.) Barbie and Randy and their crew have cleaned our home for us semi-weekly for probably at least 4 or 5 years. They have excellent equipment and supplies which they bring with them. Occasionally, I've had some cleaning needs with something beyond their normal cleaning circuit and they have always either taken care of it very well or have given me great ideas about what to do--including a turtle tank!!
This spring we had Bobby clean our windows inside and out. What an amazing job he did!! The price was reasonable and the job superb! We happily even gave him a tip! He is a meticulous worker!

It was great as usual. The husband and wife team always does a thorough job, and they are willing to do any special tasks that might be required at the time.
