TME Audio/Video

Service Provider was difficult to contact.  We were later informed that an emergency situation outside of both the SP's and our control lead to the communication disconnect.
SP was friendly and responsive once the above situation was resolved.
We were happy with the service performed and the price.

Joel was great. he showed up on time and despite the difficult task he did a good job finding an alternative method to get the job done. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to using his services again.

Joel was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and carried himself very professionally. He finished the job sooner than expected. I will call him for the mounting of my next tv. He also sales and installs soundbars, which I'll purchase from him in the future.

Joel was great!!!! He came out first to look at the room so he would know the best set up without charging a service fee. Things did not go well with another contractor who was working in our home, and we needed to push back installation of the cable and wall mount. Joel was able to move another customer to accomodate us and then things went very badly with the aforementioned contractor and everything needed to be delayed another day. Joel got to our home and started to work and when an unexpected piece of wood was in the column blocking the wire, he left to go to a big box company to get the appropriate equipment to get the job done right. We will recommend him to all our friends and family. Job well done!!!

Joel is a very thorough technician and he spent close to 3 hours investigating and labeling all the wires that we needed to keep. By the time he was done, he had completely filled a large trash can with all the old wiring! What I appreciated the most was his level of detail...he organized everything and ran all of the active lines to a single and quot;data boxand quot; that will go into a closet once I finish the basement.

Joel is fantastic.
Our house is 28 years old and had cable lines that didn't work and some that did. He tracked down all of the lines, rewired and installed a new antenna for our switch from Direct TV (we are going with this plus Roku). He suggested a universal remote, did the set up and educated us on how to use it.
Joel knows what he is doing and was able to give recommendations on the best way to accomplish what we wanted. He was punctual and efficient. All of the work only took a few hours. I also love that the house was just as clean as when he started the job.
I would highly recommend him. We would definitely use him again.

It went great. He is very intelligent and passionate on this subject so of course he made it look easy. He asked me what I wanted it to do and made it happen. Then he made sure I was able to use the remote system that he customized for me. The amount of perfection that he put into the install made me beyond happy. It didn't stop there. His support after everything was done was even more pleasing. Joel is super nice and made this an exciting experience for me. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I was referred to TME from the commercial sales dept. of H.H. Gregg. I then called Joel Gramlin of TME to come look at my facility and make suggestions and get an estimate. Joel was on time, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He then got me the quote within a couple of business days and gave me some options. I ended up buying my 8 Flat panels through TME from HH Gregg and TME installed them for me. They worked in a timely manor for days straight until the job was completed. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have around. They then programmed the master remote control to handle all the tv's and the individual cable boxes for each one. I would never have been happy with the system if they didn't suggest this control!! I love it. I then asked Joel about security cameras. He put together a system to include 16 cameras and a dvr. TME installed the system and then made sure to get the apps on my phone/ipad/computer. It was awesome. I have had a few things come up since the install and TME has been excellent to respond. They have come back to perform service for me a few times and are very quick to respond. I was so pleased with TME that I then had them put in a home system for me. They put in a 55" flat panel, surround sound system, dvd player, etc and then programmed them all into a master remote control. I trusted them to be in our home with my small children and when we were not there.I have given permission to TME to use my laundromat as an example of the fine work that they perform on a daily basis. I would highly recommend TME to anyone who wants work done at the highest standards possible and pay a reasonable price for the work. TME is excellent!

Overall it was an excellent experience.

Joel takes the time to ensure all components are working (WII, Direct TV/ ATT/ Blue Ray etc). He also shared important tips on how HDMI viewing and optimal settings for color/contrast. More importantly he completed his work in a timely and efficient manner.

I will be working with TME Audio (Joel) again to install my next LED TV and receiver in August. Bottom line he earned my business due to fair prices and excellent service.
