Contacted Bill from Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control on 6/5/17 for bats in our house. He came out to do an "estimate and evaluation" on 6/7/17. Paid him $169 for said estimate and evaluation. Bill was supposed to come out on the weekend of 6/17/17, but never called or even texted. We contacted him on Saturday, and he said he would be out on 6/19/17 for sure, yet he again no call, no showed. He then said he would come out on Friday 6/23/17 or Sunday 6/25/17. Did not show up Friday or call. Contacted him on Saturday said he had an "emergency" and needed to watch his grandkids on Friday and he would be out on Sunday for sure. Today is Sunday 6/25/17 and Bill was supposed to be out around noon. We called at one and he said he had an "emergency" he needed to take care of, that someone had a opossum stuck in their grill. We finally told him we do not want his "services". DO NOT EVER USE THIS "COMPANY". It is a scam!

Caught a chipmunk in the trap before Bill Knapp left the house. Replaced the poisons in the containers outside two weeks after initial replacement. All had significant signs of activity.
