The Perfectionist Painter

Mike is, hands down, the best painter we’ve ever seen. We hired him to paint the entire interior of our “new” 1950 home we purchased. He is meticulous with his work. Every ceiling, corner, and closet received his careful attention. He is very knowledgable about his work. He consulted with us before the job about paint finishes, wall colors, trim colors, etc. during the job, he kept us informed about steps in the process. He is not only a superb painter, but he is a great person. We are so happy with the way our house looks after he finished. Everyone who comes over asks us who painted the house because it looks THAT good! If you want a professional, experienced, trustworthy, reliable painter, call Mike! You will be glad you did.

Mike did an amazing job on every room we have. He was very professional and friendly. After he completed certain rooms, we decided to renovate by knocking down walls that he had already painted. Mike was very humble and gracious and agreed to come back and paint again. He was very patient and did a fantastic job!

I had called Mike to come to my home i have just purchased to give me an estimate to paint my whole home including closets, ceilings, walls and trim work. He showed up on time gave me a quote of $5600 which I thought was pretty reasonable I had a pretty decent size house. On the day Mike was supposed to start the painting he showed up on time and being the home was empty because we didn't actually move in at the time I still had to lay down carpet and do some minor things around our new home he did work till all hours of the night (of course asking first if I would mind) to make sure that the painting was completed by the promised date which it was, my home came out better than I can expected it looked like a completely different home, he did the master bedroom and into the master bath with as two tone gray looked amazing !!!!!! Mike went more and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied, he even had to make a couple trips for extra paint which was all included in the amount that he gave which I was pretty surprised, he stuck by his promised cost and did not raise the price, completed the painting by his scheduled promised date everything looked wonderful . I would definitely recommend THE PERFECTIONIST PAINTER !!!!!! Once the warmer weather comes i do need the outside of my home painted as well and will definitely be calling Mike back. Not only did he become our permanent painter but he became a friend as well thanks again Mike two thumbs up If you are ever in need of a painter give Mike a call you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain

Mike came everyday with a good attitude and was always making sure that everything he worked on was to perfection. He gave us suggestions and helped me with our other contractors making sure everything looked well. When we were getting to the end of the project he was the last one standing by us making sure we had everything the way we wanted. He was a BIG reason we sold our home so quickly; within in a week; it would of been sooner but we did not make the MLS list on time. . The house blew our agents mind when she came for pictures! Sh"e said "who is your painter?", the house looks amazing. She said this house is going to sell immediately. Mike was Great, he is on your side when you need things to get done and looking the very best he can make it look.

Mike was very professional.  He came out to do an estimate right after I contacted him, and he was able to complete the job in the week following.  When a room required more paint and time than he had anticipated, he stayed late and put on an extra coat to ensure the color was correct.  His work was precise and neat; my rooms look beautiful.

Excellent. Mike went above and beyond to take care of several issues that came up because of the condition of the house. A couple of rooms took more than two coats to cover due to the old color which Mike included in the fixed price negotiated. Additionally he had issues with some texture crumbling on several ceilings that took more time than anticipated. Mike worked hard to be sure he did a good job. We had a little trouble with the job taking longer than projected due to some issues with another job but we worked through those and the job was completed about a week behind the original date. Mike does great work. We originally planned to only have part of the house professionally painted but Mike was able to do the full house for what several other painter's quoted for the partial work.
