John first came and helped me design the areas. Upon agreement of price, I put my order in and paid a deposit. A few weeks later the installations began. The installers were friendly, clean, and I was comfortable enough to leave them working in my home while I went to work. The bathrooms turned out beautiful. The tile were is perfect. The vanities-quartz tops are high quality. I receive endless compliments on my new bathrooms. My backsplash I LOVE!! I will return for more work to be done!

Great. Estimator was super & work was done while we were gone with no issues. One small thing, we called to change the color and were told the switch was made but original color was installed. An offer to re-do it was made but it looked great, so we left it , as is.
It has held up very well & still looks very nice 1 1/2 years later. Installer did a fantastic job.

We went to the showroom first to pick out the type and color we wanted.  We made an appointment for the person to come out and measure the room.  He came out to measure the room and we discussed the type of padding we wanted.  After the carpet came in, an appointment was set up to install the carpet.  Two different men came to do the installation.  Both were very professional and performed the work in a timely manner.
We have used this company for all our flooring needs and highly recommend them.

First I went in to the store, took many samples home with me, and Mr Simpson came and measured, gave me an exact estimate, and picked up the samples (saved me a trip back).  I told him to go ahead with the order, and they called a few days later to set up the install date.  The came in a timely manner, finished in a timely manner and did fabulous work!

The owner was very responsive & came out to measure & estimate the day I called.
The installation on stairs was excellent & the workmen were professional, friendly, & left no debris.We trusted them to work while we were not home and everything was great.
The only small issue was that we had requested a change in carpet color and called the office to request this several days before the installation date. The carpet that was installed was the original color, not the new color we had requested.
Evidently the information was not relayed to the installers.
The owner readily agreed to reinstall the new color at no charge, but the installation & new carpet looked so good, we decided not to change it.
We will most certainly use Simpson company in the future & will reccommend them.

John Simpson worked my small job in the very same week.  He was on time to the job.  He spent about an hour re-stretching and re-laying carpet my wife and I had to take up in order to fix a plumbing leak.  The replaced mantle and work he did looks better than the carpet did before we took it up.  He worked quickly and charged us a flat fee that was reasonable for his time in doing the job and his travel from Jeffersonville, IN, to our home in Louisville to complete the job.  I would definitely use these providers again.

Overall they did a fine job. The owner's brother did most of the work himself. They put new tile inside the tub on the walls all the way to the ceiling. They also installed two "bullnose" shelves, one in each corner of the tub wall, for items like soap and shampoo. Before they placed new tile on the floor, they pulled out rotted plywood and replaced it with new fresh plywood. My only minor quibble with the end result is that the holes cut into the tile for the sink and toilet drain pipes were square shaped and too large, the result being that the escutcheons for both pipes do not completely cover the hole. But this is a minor issue that can be fixed with larger escutcheons, or possibly with additional grout placed into the cut corners of the openings. Overall they did a great job, and I would highly recommend them for those who want to remodel their bathroom or kitchen with new tile.

THEY DID JUST EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHICH IS WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO AND THEY DID IT ON TIME. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THEY WERE JUST VERY BUSINESS LIKE, COURTEOUS, POLITE, AND VERY NICE PEOPLE MEANING THE SALES PEOPLE PLUS THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE.
