THE SERVICE MEN WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND GOOD AT CALLING BEFORE THEY CAME. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE WASHER SINCE THEY REPAIRED IT. I FEEL VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THE MAYTAG REPAIRMEN PERFORMED.
