Nu-Yale Cleaners

Very badly. They lost our clothes. They then informed us that we had to wait a month before they would think about compensating us. We called each week to see if they had found them but they had not. Nor did anyone seemed too concerned about our problem. Especially unhelpful were the employees at the local store who didn't seem to know what they were talking about or if our clothes were ever found. Finally on the 30th day of them being missing the manager called and said they had been found. This was on a Thursday. They said our clothes would be cleaned and ready for us to pick up on Monday. On Tuesday we went to pick up our clothes. However they still were not there. And again they store employees couldn't have cared less. I then asked for the regional managers number. After another day she finally located our clothes again at the wrong store and still not cleaned. After a few more days we finally got our clothes back. Fortunately we were not charged. I was even willing to give them another chance until they sent them to the wrong store after finding them. I have no confidence in this establishment and will never use them again and highly do not recommend them.

The job went very well and they’re just close to us.  We got it back on time when we needed it.  It was the next day.  We just dropped there off some more clothes.

heir prices are reasonable and the quality of their service is good. I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive. They're top-notch. I like them a lot.
