They were prompt and completed the work in 1 day.   The products they used were high quality and the cleanup was excellent.   Very few nails were found after the work was completed.

I would definitely use them again.

Jim showed up and gave me a estimate, it was in line and they had good name with every place I checked so we hired them. They showed up when they said they would, job was neatly kept, gutters were cleaned out and the surrounding area was cleaned with a large magnet. They were thorough in my book. The shingles were installed straight and inline with each other. 

Kentuckiana Roofing replaced the roofs on our house and separate garage (both built in 1939) in July 2012. We called on them because they were local, were in good standing with BBB and Angie's List, and had actually replaced our roofs 25 years earlier. Since the replacement in 2012, the new roof developed a few minor leaks in two different parts of the house. The leaks, which usually only occurred during heavy rain, proved difficult to find. Even though it took KR several visits to pin point and seal the leaks, they were always courteous, punctual, and professional. They promised they would work (at no additional cost) until we were completely satisfied. They were true to their word and we are now completely dry! I will not hesitate to call on them again or refer them to anyone (which I've already done multiple times). I highly recommend Kentuckiana Roofing.

Replaced my home roof. No problems.

I had a problem with the back part of my home and they replace the roofing.

The new roofing job itself was excellent. The workers were prompt, and they cleaned up their debris. In the process of removing the old roof, however, the roofers damaged the house paint in a few places, damaged some gutter screens, and damaged dormer window trim (removing old flashing). The company was willing to repair the damage. It did, however, take several weeks to work out all the details. Everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and professional.

We had requested an estimate for the rear flat roof. The first estimate included the front peaked roof. They did return and gave an estimate for just the back. The final contract specified only the rear roof, but the roofers might have replaced the front peaked roof also if our renter had not been on site to redirect them. The company was willing to add more specific wording to clarify the work that would be done.

At this point the roof is no longer leaking and appears to be the materials specified in the contract. I would recommend contacting this company for an estimate.

They have great service. Their price was expensive but they were definitely worth it.

They were very responsive when I called, coming out either the day I called or the next day (can't remember for sure). They tarped the damaged sections that needed it right away on that first visit. Brought a full crew out a week or two later to do the full job. Didn't count, but there were roughly a dozen guys on my roof working and finished the whole roof in a single day (and it's a pretty big roof with numerous different planes and contours). They were willing to do the job for the insurance proceeds, even before they knew exactly what those would be. I appreciated not having to worry about the cost going over what the insurance would pay. They also did an outstanding job the second time of cleaning the grounds for nails. I had found quite a few the first time they replaced the roof, so the second time I explained I had little kids and a dog and really needed them to clean up carefully. I've only found a couple of nails since, which is fairly remarkable. There were a lot of the plastic strips from the shingles themselves left around, but those weren't a real big deal to cleanup. (That said, would have been nice if they'd walked around quickly and picked those up as well.) Overall, they did a good, fast job for me twice and I was pleased both times. They also sent a guy out a couple weeks later to follow-up and look the roof over, which I appreciated. Office staff was always pleasant and courteous to work with as well.

New gutter was installed and looked great. However, one end of the gutter leaked during rain. I called and asked for them to repair. They said they would send someone out to fix it. Approximately 1.5 weeks later, repair was made, but then the other end started leaking. I asked for that to be fixed, and they said I needed to pay because they had already made one trip. I told them I wouldn't pay until they fixed the second leak. No one has ever shown up. After several weeks I paid just to be finished with them. I will have someone else fix their shoddy workmanship.

Overall, I would have to say that I am not very pleased. There always seemed to be a delay with everything. I would actually ask for one thing and they would give me another. I don t know. I would say that they were average, but they just were just so very slow with everything. I chose not to go with them because of this. I did, however think the quote was pretty average.

I have used them for roofing also. They were very nice on the phone and their price was better than another company that I called. They were prompt and did what they said they would do. They went above and beyond.

They responded to my call quickly- someone came out right away for a free estimate. They called us back after the estimate to see if we had any questions, but didn't pressure us. Their estimate was cheaper than some of the others we had gotten- by $300 or so. When we were finally ready, they did all the work in less than a day! They cleaned up everything before they left with the exception of several nails scattered in the driveway and elsewhere. I spent the evening walking up and down the driveway making sure all the nails were picked up- but this is to be expected with this kind of project. Overall, they did a good job.
