They did what they were supposed to do at a price we agreed on. They were punctual and professional. They did a really good job. They were kind of pricey though. I was happy with everything else except what it ended up costing.

He was a sub-contractor for a deck remodel.  He kept me waiting two days, and when he finally showed up, he told me that he didn't have the tools he needed and would have to come back yet another day.  When he installed the gas line, there was a gas smell and it was determined that the gas line was leaking.  He also installed a too short line as it was about two feet from the grill and the hose would have shown.  Thankfully, after much back & forth, the contractor sent another person out to re-install the line closer to the grill.

The Tech. arrived and removed the old hot water heater.  He installed the new one, cleaned up the work area and finished the job.  Just as reliable as the other times we have used his service.

Ed Frederick came by the house and gave us an estimate and date when he could perform the job.  We accepted the terms.  We were installing a new countertop and new appliances so having the job completed in a timely fashion was very important.  He completed the job in one afternoon.  We were able to install the new countertop the next day.  The wife is happy again!
