Contractor said all the right things, but failed to deliver. He was extremely messy - tore out the stairway and left it lying everywhere making it impossible to walk through the hall and up/down the stairs. Did not make any attempt to clean the drywall dust as he worked. The painters and other contractors working in the house complained that he was creating an unsafe workplace. He did not have the proper tools and asked to use ours. The wall had waves and had to be redone.
In a later instance, a home specialist contractor subcontracted a job to this company. We decided to give him a second chance. Big mistake. Complete mess and had to let him go before the agreed upon job was completed.
