Computer Geek

It was awful. I went to him because Angie's List recommended him, and also because I got a recommendation from my family member. But he totally messed up my computer and charged me a ton of money. He took off a new version of the operating system and put on an older version. I am not computer savvy. I didn’t know any of this until my son-in-law came over and looked at my computer. He said that I got a really bad deal. He lost all my information that I had on my computer. I had to start from square one. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go back to him. He is just not as computer savvy as he should be. My son-in-law said that he could have saved my information, but he took the easy route and just installed the older version of the operating system instead. He just doesn’t know as much as it appears on the surface. He gave me his card and told me to call his personal cellphone anytime, but then he didn’t pick up. He had it done in two or three days. I will not use him again in the future, and I wouldn’t suggest anybody else use him either.

Went Well.  He was able to save much of my data.  He went the extra mile and did me a very good turn,  I found him to be fair and accommodating.  I appreciated his extra service.

The tech came to my home. He moved files from an old computer to a newer laptop I have.

I took my PC to them during my lunch break. They told me it would be about $95 and that they could fix it that same day. I left it with them and they called me about 5 hours later to tell me that it was ready. Since they stay open past 5pm, I was able to picked it up that same day without having to leave work early. The repair cost turned out to be $90, less than what they had originally estimated, and I haven't had any problems with the Power Supply that they installed. I will definitely visit them again that next time my PC needs work.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE, THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE DELAYS AND EVERYTHING. THEY WERE REALLY PROFESSIONAL. TO ME, THEY WERE JUST AS GOOD AS ANYONE I COULD COME BY. THEY DID THE JOB AND THE COMPUTER IS MUCH FASTER NOW.

ITS SOMEBODY I CAN TRUST. ALWAYS TREATS YOU FAIRLY. HE'S A NO NONSENSE GUY. AS LONG AS IT'S DURING BUSINESS HOURS GETTING A HOLD OF THEM IS FINE. AFTER HOURS YOU JUST HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS GOOD.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WHEN I GO IN THEY WAIT ON ME VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE PROMPT, CHEAP AND REASONABLE. WE HAVE USED THEM AGAIN FOR MY SON'S XBOX. THEY FIX ALL TYPES OF COMPUTER PROBLEMS THERE.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY FIXED MY PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND THE TOTAL TURNAROUND TIME SATISFIED ME. MOST IMPORTANTLY AFTER THEY FIXED IT, I HAVE HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THE PRICE WAS KIND OF HIGH AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST AHEAD OF TIME. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE ABOUT THEM. PRICE WAS NOT CHEAP AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME AHEAD OF TIME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A NEW COMPUTER FOR THE PRICE I PAID BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPTION.
