Mortgage Companies
Century Mortgage is a decent company. This was my first time dealing with a mortgage broker and I am coming away from the deal not feeling that impressed.
My broker would sometimes take several attempts to get a hold of him. Their quality is quite lacking. For over a month I told them they had the address wrong on my paperwork and it came down to closing day and I realized they still had the wrong address on the apprasial and some other documents. This has caused me to have to pay for another month in my apartment and I took time off work for something I didn't need to which cost me money again.
They tried to pass the blame off on the Realtor and the Realtor tried to pass the blame off on the mortgage company. I will consider another company in the future due to these issues. If you use them. If you use them please make sure to triple check everything!!
