David started a job to fix my ac unit and did not come back and finish the job. I tried calling him SEVERAL times. I tried texting him as well. I would be hiring another company if I needed HVAC work done.

David arrived as promised, analyzed the problem and made all repairs necessary. The problem was not the thermostat but the condensation pipes were clogged. The filter was soaking wet. He drained all pipes, replaced the filter, also checked heating elements and some basic maintenance. Within less than a hour my furnace was working perfectly. My "emergency" call to get a furnace working in these frigid winter days, was handled in the very best way possible, and the cost was very fair. I highly recommend Blackwood Heating & Cooling.

David cane out on a Saturday afternoon about three thirty . he knew what the problem was when i told him the symptoms. He had the furnace up and running in about 40 min. Two other heating and air company's came out and wants they learned the age of the system their only interest was selling my son a new system. If i could i would give David six stars Best 90 dollars my son ever spent The work was done at my sons home in jeff.

I was paired with David through my Home Warranty and it went great! He is personable, knowledge and efficient. Serviced my furnace found some co2 issues and repaired it without issue. Answered all my questions and offered tips on how I can help improve the airflow in this house we bought that we are still learning things about. Will definitely have him take care of our HVAC needs in the future.

Contacted Dave and we setup a time for the work. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time. He did an assessment of my system. It needed a good cleaning he showed me the current condition. He cleaned and checked everything out in an efficient manner. He did find a contactor about to fail, and I was given a reasonable price to replace that part. I am very satisified with my experience and would hire him again.

Better then the average Bear, having David with Blackwood install new furnace and A-coil at primary residence next fall. Does a good clean up also. Very good price on all work he has done. This guy really cares about he does, honest and professional. I got a lot more for my money. Thomas Clark
