Showed up with no appointment, no work order… allowed the work to be completed. Left without letting me know it was completed, man came by 2 hours later for payment. Was unsure about how much the service was, made a racist remark about his own worker. Told me the owner never makes appointments… they just show up. Zero evidence work was completed. Asked for an invoice before I paid them and they just show up at my house again with the invoice for payment. No notice, nothing. Unprofessional.

Nate was first on the scene, and was very professional and punctual throughout the process. There was never a question as to when, who, or what as everything was covered and all questions were answered thoroughly. John Avery is a great guy, runs a very professional business, and took the utmost care of my home. The roofing crew finished our house in one day. The craftmanship is excellent, and my yard was taken care of during the execution of the job.

I can’t say enough good things about Avery Custom Exteriors. This company is dependable, honest and stands behind its work. John, the owner, and his associates, are good at identifying damage and communicating it to insurers. In fact, they were able to get my insurer's support when others could not.
Once the job starts, his crews work quickly and cleanly with minimal disruption, while delivering a quality finished product. No one is pickier than my dad and they met even his demanding standards. Many other people in dad’s neighborhood also called Avery Custom Exteriors following a hail storm after seeing the quality of his roof. My roof has weathered several severe storms since installation without incident.
In closing, and perhaps most importantly, John is always accessible. He answers his own cell phone and quickly corrects any issues.

Avery custom exteriors provided good service and workmanship.They worked with my insurance company. The workmen were nice and pleasant and cleaned up wonderfully after the job was completed. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything went great with no surprises. Very knowledgable and professional. I would defiantly use Avery Custom Exteriors again.
