We bought a warranty extension from Amana for our refrigerator. They asked me if I wanted early or late repair time, and I opted for early (to get it out of the way, right). They gave me a 6 hour window when the repairman should arrive. I waited 7 hours and 50 minutes for a rather surly and uncommunicative repairman who attempted and failed to fix the refrigerator and then said he would need to order a part. It was eventually fixed by another nice repairman on another day. I did not have to wait as long on that day.
