They also do grooming. I have four dogs. My 80 pound dog stepped on my 13 pound dog's leg and sprained it.  They also donate time to the rescue animal shelter. I would give them A+, they are awesome. I've been using them for 17 years. I don't trust anyone else with my animals. Their prices are a little bit higher than some other vets but it's worth it because they are so trustworthy.

They helped me with an issue with her paw/nail. She had some flea issues as well. The flea pills helped a whole lot. The service was excellent.

As was expected.

They were really great with my dog, they took care of her and made sure that she was ready for the shots when she got them. They were very gentle when they can be, and I got in as soon as I got there so there was no wait time which was nice. They also send a magazine that is applicable to my dog and that it tells me facts about my species of dog and what shots they need to get, which is pretty cool. They are really helpful. I feel like they care about my dog and want her to be healthy. They ask a bunch of good questions to make sure that, whatever time of year it is, for instance to make sure she was not sneezing or that they could give her medicine for it.

About a ten minute wait, not long after appointmnet time. Very professional and courteous. Seemed to be quite knowledgable about cats.

My puppy broke her leg trying to get out of her cage too fast. So I took her to Allison Lane Animal hospital to get it checked out. They were excellent and describing the problem and helping me make decisions. They had charts with the cost of all services readily available (unlike the regular doctors office). They helped me weigh the cost/benefits of going to a specialist which would have cost me thousands probably.
Also while we there she got tested for heartworms and got a booster for a vaccine. They were very professional and are now going to be my regular veterinarian. Highly recommend.

My experience with Allison Lane Animal Hospital has been wonderful. I've had them as my vet for two years. The staff is very helpful, they all love animals. They are very responsive if you ask any questions or need help with anything. They'll carry things in and out for you. They recommend certain services that you may need. They always give you an up-to-date list of when their next vaccines are due or when they need their teeth cleaned. Especially for ageing pets they are very free with telling you they are getting older and these are the services that would be best for them. If you have any sort of problem they keep looking for the solution: if one thing doesn't work, they will go to great lengths to research whatever the particular problem is. Some things cost a little more than the other vets but it is worth paying the extra. They do follow-up calls once your animal is home. They ask you how you and the animal is doing.

This is our regular vet. We dropped one of our dogs off on Saturday and left him until Tuesday. The dogs always seem well-cared for when we pick them up. On Monday, they also did surgery to remove two small growths on his head. Everything went smoothly. The vet called as soon as our dog was out of surgery. They even gave him a bath that they didn't charge us for. Care instructions were clear. The wound healed nicely and everything turned out well.

They were fast and courteous.

They have a really good set of doctors and I think I have seen almost every one of them. They had two new ones that have just gotten out of school. They are very knowledgeable and very good. They take the time to talk to you, give you advice on your dog and it is just a really great place to go. You can get in within a couple of days for regular visits, but, if you have emergency, they will get you in right away. They are right around the corner for me and I have had good luck with them.

We have been bringing our pets to them for quite some time and we have never had any problems. They went above and beyond what was necessary when our dog got hurt and the veterinarian even showed up on a Sunday to examine him.

THEY TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF THE DOG AND THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY. THEY PLAYED WITH THE DOG. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I'VE TAKEN MY ANIMALS TO.
