ADDICTED 2 OUTDOORS A2O

After 4 weeks, 3 liners, and 60 thousand gallons of water, we still could not swim in our pool. We requested they remove the pool and refund our money, and they did. We purchased the pool at A2O because the price was competitive and the salesman, was exceptional. The equipment was delivered on time. The subcontracted installer arrived within the scheduled timeframe, but his work as shoddy and sub-standard, resulting in an ongoing nightmare of repairs, liner replacements, and re-leveling. A2O was responsive and did what they could to salvage the pool and our business but we were not confident they could correct the damage the subcontractor did. Ultimately, A2O is responsible for the work they have paid someone to perform on their behalf. We are buying a pool somewhere else.
