A really good and satisfactory experience in every way. David Friedrich did precisely what he said he would do - showed up as scheduled, and was prepared. He was knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. He listened carefully, and had useful suggestions. Plus, he has a good sense of humor and didn't waste my time, both qualities much appreciated. A good and progressive meeting, a good delivery and installation of a quality product, and I'm thrilled with the awnings - all at a fair and reasonable price.
