WILSON FLOWERS INC

After doing business with Wilson's for several years, a friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer.  Instead of the usual bouquet, I wanted something that would cheer her up.  I called Wilson's and spoke with what must have been the rudest lady on the premises.  When she answered the phone, I explained that I wanted something fun for my friend who was just diagnosed with cancer--I must note here that I have never had a problem giving a florist a general idea of what I want and having them create it.  She took on this frosty tone, "We don't do that."  "I'm sorry?"  "We don't do [something]; We don't do [something else]; and we don't do black roses."
I told her I said fun, not morbid.  Her curt reply?  "Well, I don't know what that would be."
 I took my business to Buehler's (which I was hesitant to do) and they came up with the perfect gift.  Now when I need flowers for my mother's grave--twice a year--or purple corsages for Alzheimer's Awareness Day, or for any event, I go to Buehler's and I have never been disappointed or told they can't help me.  I will never return to Wilson's.
