Appliance Repair
While they fixed the fan, they broke the mechanism that switches from cubed to crushed ice and now the fridge only dispenses crushed ice. When I called to get them to fix their mistake, they referred me back to Sears saying they couldn't do anything without a work order from Sears. When I called back to Sears I requested a different repair company to come fix my fridge this time.
They only work partial days so it takes forever to get an appointment. Par for the course in Dubois county, customer service is not a priority.
