Cabinet Making
IN MARCH 2005, I RAISED TO KJ'S DISTRIBUTORS CABINET DEFECT ISSUES, WHICH I EXPECTED TO BE CORRECTED. IN APRIL, 2005, I DELIVERED TO KITCHEN CLASSICS ALL THE INFORMATION AND CABINET SAMPLES REQUESTED. TO DATE, I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE TO THE CABINET DEFECTS ACKNOWLEDGED BY MATT, THE KITCHEN JEWELS FIELD REP, UPON HIS PERSONAL INSPECTION JUNE 29, 2005. DURING THE JUNE 29, 2005 INSPECTION, MATT COMMITTED TO HAVING THE DEFECTIVE CABINET SECTIONS REPLACED AND THAT REPLACEMENT COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN A FEW WEEKS. AS OF TODAY, DESPITE MY REPEATED PHONE CALLS AND VOICE MAIL MESSAGES, I HAVE RECEIVED NEITHER COMMUNICATION NOR REMEDY FROM KITCHEN JEWELS. I SENT FOLLOW-UP CERTIFIED MAIL ON SEPT 7TH WITHOUT RESPONSE.
