Went well. I had trouble getting anyone else to take me serious and do the work. Soncrant was very responsive and professional. They gave an accurate estimate (the final price was a littlle below the estimate). The work was done professionally. I supplied the roofing needed for the repair which I had left over from when the house was built. My only complaint was that I think the price was a bit high given that they supplied little material, used just two workers, and that the work was pactically done when I checked up on them after approximately 4 hours on the job.

The owner is super nice. His guys got out here as soon as they could and patched up cracks in the wall of the back room as well. They did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and I would recommend them.
