Great! John was punctual and a great communicator. He was neat and knowledgeable. We went with Niehaus because the first company Lowe's assigned did not have satisfactory Angie's List reviews. I am glad we made the switch.

Roger Kenny was really ideal. He was prompt and let you know when he was coming. He went thought a lot of trouble to show you how things work. He was very patient and helpful and did a good job on the installation. He really wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the service. I would recommend him.

They were on time. They did not break anything. Everything was installed correctly. They were very professional. They came in after another company had broken the orginal one we ordered and they were able to install a new one with no problems.
