Lighthouse Carpet Cleaning

They did a very poor job. You can't even tell that they did anything. It looks like they had just used water and not any soap. Once it dried on Monday, it turned into a muddy mess. All the dirt had surfaced to the top. All the stains that they said they were going to get out, are still there. I have used this company before and they did a good job, but not this time. I have tried calling the company numerous times and they are not responding to me. He has already cashed my check and there is nothing I can do. I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of, like I have been.

Very helpful when I called to make appointment.  They attempted to schedule the following week and when I explained I was having company in that weekend, they fit me in the schedule.  Stoney called before he came and showed up right on time.  He was professional and personal.  He worked swiftly, gave me advice on what services I did and did not need and even spent a few minutes getting to know my dog who was trying to "help".  I highly recommend this small company with a big impact!

This was an excellent experience, start to finish. My appointment was scheduled a few weeks in advance but everything went as planned. Although I was not home to meet the actual cleaner, he was very pleasant on the phone. He called when he was on his way and even called to let me know of a special they were running which saved me about $60. I would definitely use this company again.
