They did a decent job at a great price. Did I find spots that they missed here and there? Sure, but overall the windows look great and they were happy to clean the spots they missed.

The crew arrived and they went about their tasks in a very professional way. They wore face masks and took off their shoes when in our home. They did a great job. We have always used Lavelle and will continue to use them

They did a beautiful job and did several extra things that they found for NO extra charge. We chose them to paint our house after they did an excellent window-washing job inside and outside our house. They even washed the windows that needed it after the paint job at no extra charge. They were simply great guys to work with.

I've used another window washer for years and only tried this one because a neighbor suggested him. Scheduling was easy. After scheduling I called back to ask Mr. Lavelle if the job could be done within 3 hours. He said yes. He was familiar with the size of my home because he does a neighbors who has the same floor plan and gave me the same price as her. They arrived 30 minutes late but did call and say they were running late. 3 employees showed up and 2 introduced themselves. The windows looked good. However, not all of the sashes were cleaned. In addition, after I got home I found water/cleaning drippings on every upstairs wall where there was a window. Clearly whoever did the upstairs wasn't as careful as who did the downstairs. There was only 1 area of water stains downstairs and that wall didn't even have a window! My walls were freshly painted and I was shocked at the inconsideration to my home and clearly the carelessness. The woods floors in my sunroom are now scratched. They moved the furniture to clean the windows and didn't even put it back the same way. Common sense is that you can not drag furniture across woods floors. It scratches!
The most disappointing thing is that I called Mr. Lavelle the day after the job at 8:15AM to give him feedback on the above with my phone number. I was not contacted to discuss further. I waited 48 hours for his return call before writing this review. Again, window cleaning was good however the crew clearly didn't pay attention to details or treat our home respectfully. I will not be using this company again. The only reason I gave this company a D was because the windows were clean. However, in all honesty the way my home was left probably made them earn an F.

They cleaned every single window in the house, inside and out, and it looked great. They were friendly and very efficiant. They are always on time and always easy to schedule with you.

Their cleaning crew arrived on time. I provided them with a list of items I wanted cleaned....including all windows inside and out, mirrors and the glass on a French door into our den. They worked non-stop for approximately 3 hours.....
The 3 members were very friendly and helpful but I feel there were a few things that could be improved. Furniture that they moved was not put back in place. Lights were left on in several rooms and the door to our warm attic was left wide open. Also, it would be helpful if they would wipe up afterwards since there were several drip marks on the counter tops and window ledges.
A couple of mirrors that were included on my list looked smudged so they are scheduled to return tomorrow. I called shortly after they left to make my report and they returned the call this evening so I feel their reponse was prompt.
I have used this company in the past several times. Once you are a client, they are extremely good about calling to set up appointments. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and plan to use them again in the future.

I have done business with this company for several years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, the owner's son has taken over the business. I did have an issue with the service I received this year and it was resolved fairly and to my compete satisfaction. I feel this family business makes a genuine effort to satisfy their customers.

I have used them for several years to do both inside and outside window washing. If you want, they will do a reminder call in the fall and spring to ask if you are ready to get scheduled. They are always on time (willing to reschedule if rain is in the forecast), polite, cheerful, respectful of property.

Usually bring 2-3 people so the work goes quickly. Price is very reasonable. One time there was a smudge left on the second story foyer window, that only could be seen from a certain light and angle, that I could not reach without a ladder. They cheerfully came out a few days later and touched it up. Window washing can be an all day chore, it's nice to have them squeaky clean inside and out in about an hour!

I like them. I have been using them for at least four years. They call me every spring and fall. They have been really good and professional. I have been very happy with their service.

My wife has used him several times and she got his name from him putting his advertisement in our mailbox. He is very punctual and professional. He charges $2 per window for one side cleaning and $3 for both inside and outside. We will continue to use him in the future.

Will not have them return. Two young men came and were not very tidy. Left dirty water drips inside on carpet. Missed a few windows entirely. Seemed most concerned about finishing quickly.

They did a good job. We have three levels and they managed to get the windows cleaned on all floors. Very pleased with their service. I would hire them again and in fact, have already scheduled them for my fall window cleaning. Good price - they do the first cleaning at a set price (very reasonable) and then give you an estimate for future cleanings.

They dropped a ladder on the roof and damaged my copper roof. I called about it and they won't return my call. If they clean the windows and nothing happens, they are fine. They are careless; if they do any damage they are gone and will not return calls.

The work was scheduled for my convenience. I was phoned before they came. They arrived when scheduled. They were neat and efficient. Paint splatters were removed from the windows without extra charge. The work took less time that I had anticipated and the results were more than satisfactory. I plan to hire them again.
