They Quote me a price of $250 and charged $260.00 did not flush the lines and beat the septic lid with a hammers till they broke it then they placed the pieces back together and placed the bird bath back over it to hide the fact they broke it. What gave them away was we noticed that the bird bath was leaning and not in the middle of the septic lid. When my husband called them to confront them they laughed at him. He told them they could replace it or we would stop payment on the check. They came to my house this morning three days after doing this they must have been hoping i wasnt home they didnt bother to knock but tried to replace it and leave. I came out side and three guys and one hateful older man we're messing with the septic lid, he asked me how i was doing I said I wasn't happy and he said this was done by a lawn mowers I said no it wasn't broken before your guy came out here and beat on it with hammers and there is no way to run over it when a bird bath has been on it since the house was built 20 years ago. We have taken care of it and Painted it and it was not broke. He said to me don't give me no crap lady we didn't break it and I told him yes your guy did. I told him I will never call your company again and he said do I look like I care lady. They are guilty they knew it that's why they tried to sneek on to my property and replace it and leave. They must think because I am a woman it is ok to talk to me like I'm stupid and i know nothing about the state of my property. I would think if you wanted to keep your business you would not treat your customers or talk to them that way. I would not recommend this company to clean a porta potty. WARNING BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Old Riser and pump station had disintegrated and needed replaced. Both areas were under my deck. After deck removal Hopper Excavating removed old riser and pump station and installed new. Project went fairly smoothly. After this was done it was determined old pump was bad and needed to be replaced which they did. It was then determined that water was not getting from pump station to dosing tank. They then ran new pipe around 100 feet to dosing tank as the old pipe was too small. The project was a challenge and company was very persistent in completing it.

They worked for two days and if it wasn't for them, we would have never found out that the problem was due to the main sewage line. They are extremely friendly and I would recommend them to everyone.

Called another company to clean out my plugged sewer line.  They ran a sewer auger and jet down my line.  Neither were able to get past a blockage. Cause of the blockage was unknown.  Company quoted me a price to come out and dig up the line to the Main.  The Main runs underneath the State Highway in front of my house.  Because it was not just a residential street the cost were going to be very high.
Called Hopper Sewer and Excavation for an additional estimate.  They attempted to get past the blockage with their equipment.  Diligent work by them lead to the discovery of a previous cleanout attemt that had broken off a root cutting tool in line and left it.  (Been in there awhile, not from the afore mentioned company).   The were fortunate enough to be able to remove the tool and get my line partially  open to get us thru Thanksgiving Day.  They returned on Friday and were able to completely clean out my line to the main.  Saving me the expense of digging up the State Highway.
