I called Joe on a Saturday morning, and he came out to our house by mid afternoon on the very same day.  He looked over the problem areas, made a reasonable estimate which we accepted, and he performed the required work immediately.  He was very knowledgable, conscientious, and easy to work with.  It is refreshing to deal with a smaller company where you can talk up front with the same person that will actually be doing the work.  I highly recommend JP Guttering for gutter repair work, since the bigger companies seem to only be interested in complete gutter replacement.

Great experience.  Joe is an honest guy.  He seems very knowledge and was able to get the job done quickly.  He added an additional downspout to my 2 year old home.  With new homes, the builders overlook things with the design.  The home design did not have a downspout originally.  However, excess water during a heavy rain would overflow my gutters.

Joe was efficient and the work was completed faster than I expected possible. Since the gutter came down in front of my door, I was very glad to have the broken gutter removed as well as surprised and impressed at how fast I had a new gutter replaced (within just 1-2 hrs which included him getting the correct coordinating materials). It matches perfectly and is also more effective, as my old gutter had bent over the years and did not direct the water as well as intended. He also gave me great advice on gutter covers, the pros and cons of different types and the reasons one might use one kind as opposed to another in different situations/areas. He was very professional, responded quickly, and constructed a wonderful replacement. I am very happy with all aspects of the work.
