Budget Blinds

They were fine, their product was good. The only comment that might not be too good is, when I called them back because I needed more blinds, they never returned my phone call. Maybe they were too busy. I don't know what the issue was. That is why I went with Costco because I couldn't get them back, not because of the quality of the job that was done, it was how promptly they returned to my inquiry. The pricing was good. One person came out to complete the service, it took him a couple of weeks to complete it. He left the area clean. They did really well on the quality of the product.

I'm very happy with the quality of the window treatments. The product is excellent, fits our windows perfectly, and looks great!

It went fine. The price was more than I expected, especially since they used some existing equipment. They did give me a credit toward the cost for that. I would use them again, but not the same salesman.

I contacted Budget Blinds for a recommendation on how to handle a particular window. Brian Tipmore came out and provided great ideas and options. I ordered a faux wood blind  and I am very pleased with it and just made an appointment for an estimate to get additional windows done.  The installer was excellent.

It went well. The two men with whom I had contact were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Once during and once after completion of the project there were some billing issues but they were easily and quickly resolved.

I called and made an appointment to have plantation blinds installed at my bay window. The salesman from Budget Blinds, was very friendly, professional and arrived on time.  He was actually scheduled to arrive on another day, but that appointment was scheduled during one of the brutal winter weather days, and my representative called to see if I wouldn't bind rescheduling.  Of course I understood and it was no problem rescheduling with him.  Since I knew exactly what I wanted, he immediately showed me, the various textures and colors, from his samples.  We found a perfect match to the blinds already installed at my other two windows.  He measured, wrote up my invoice, and told me when the installer would be calling to set up an appointment to install the blinds.  He was very efficient and was in and out in 30 minutes or less.  LOVED IT!!!  I loved thefact  that he was very nice, courteous, professional, and didn't try to sell me anything than what I needed.  About 3 weeks later to the day, just as the salesman had written on the invoice, the installer called to set up a time to install the blinds.  He arrived on time and was also very nice, friendly and professional.  The blinds were installed in less than 15 minutes, and look absolutely beautiful.  I really enjoyed working with Budget Blinds and would definitely use them again.

They were friendly, excellent service.  The price was great.  They just did an excellent job.  Pleasure to do business with them. 

After a visit to our home to choose our blinds, they were back to install them in about a week and a half! It only tools few hours for the installation. They look great!!!

Overall, the experience was great. I cannot rave about this company enough. The employees were incredibly professional, from the estimate to the delivery and installation. The blinds arrived exactly as quoted. The price was the most competitive. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. I would highly recommend them to others.

This is the second time we've used Budget Blinds and have been extremely happy with the service; Dean provides good variety of choices, is a pleasure to work with and I feel he gives us a fair price. The film was installed by a subcontractor who came out the day after Dean measured and did a very professional installation. We are very pleased that you can barely see the film but this will significantly reduce heat on these west facing windows.

Excellent experience overall. There was a small problem with the measurement for the patio door blinds, but Dean and his crew handled this professionally, and took every step to ensure I was happy with the end result. Very satisfied customer and happy to recommend to fellow Angie's List members.
