Car was submitted for annual renewal service was good but beware of the push to up sale other services. Was about a little late on renewal service and manager refused to honor/sign Zebart's  warranty form and said the company would honor terms but he would not any more. They did provide the service at the usual fee, but since the warranty is not honored by Zebart it no longer valid. Beware of this situation.

Initial installation seemed ok.  Have had persistent issues with the cap's door requiring adjustment to the locking mechanism. Stopped by today because I am leaving town tomorrow and the door's propensity to unlatch on one side is a security concern.  Was told by Frank Wynne that no one was available for this 2-3 minute job, could I try back maybe in an hour?  Given the quick nature of this repair, I thought this was inappropriate.

Nothing really stood out. It's just what is expected. I would give A across the board. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They were terrible. They were focused on trying to sell. They had me bring the car there first thing in the morning and they spent 30 minutes trying to sell me extra services and then my car was not ready by the end of the day and they had not started on it. There is no way I would use them again.

They were booked several weeks out but when I explained my situation, Jeff Sickle, the manager, asked me to dropped my car off and he would fit it in within the next day or 2, which they did honor.  They cleaned the exterior of my car and applied the diamond gloss finish on it.  The interior was detailed and leather protectant applied as well.  They cleaned the carpets.  They applied aqua shield to my exterior windshield per my request.  The total job took about 4 hours and I received my car back same day.  They were prompt, courteous and well organized.  Great pride in their work is taken as well.  Great customer service and my car looks brand new again!

They are very efficient, sell good products, and they listen to you. When an employee I was speaking to didn’t know what he was talking about, they connected me with a supervisor right away.

They do a thorough job. They are friendly and professional. We would recommend the diamond gloss, and carpet and seat protection.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My 2012 Nissan Quest is 3 weeks old. I bought the Diamond Coat package for $799 from my dealership and was told that it included a detail & Diamond Coat wax. Plus I was allowed to come back every year to get it detailed and the diamond coat re-applied.

I arrive at ziebart bright and early. The manager and Jeff both seemed clueless about me and my car even though I had talked to them a couple weeks prior. Once we got all that straightened out the fun really began.

We went out to look over the vehicle and Jeff was looking for scratches very carefully. He found a few that were  long, but not deep. Looked like maybe from a carwash or something. He said, well buffing these scratches out is not included in your package and it will be $50 per panel. So, I'm paying $799 and you can't buff out a few scratches before you apply a wax job? Give me a break. I've had several professional wax jobs done from wax werks, and Jimmy Buff-its (great service, no swirls, buffed out scratches included), no one has EVER tried to charge me extra for buffing out a few scratches (this is a 3 week old car mind you).

Next he opens my car door and sees black on the tan carpet mat, and about has a conniption. Says he cannot put on the carpet sealer without shampooing (duh) and guess what, that isn't covered either!?!? In reality, the driver side was the only one that needed shampooed and frankly, I was promised that my package would include an interior detail by the dealership (not ziebarts fault I know).

So at this point they are acting like they certainly don't want to diamond coat my van because of a couple minor scratches and a dirty rug (are they not in the detail business???). I call my salesperson and he calls the ziebart to try and get everything worked out. I run an errand and come back. The manager comes out and looks at the scratches and says, ah that is no big deal, those will buff right out. Looks at the interior and says, yeah looks fine, no big deal. So, I'm thinking great, everything is resolved.

I show up to pick up my car and on the side of it are huge circular scratch marks!! You could clearly tell their buffer machines made the scratches and that after the fact they tried to buff it out because all around the scratches were circular wax marks. I calmly got Jeff out there and told him it was unacceptable. He pulled out the sheet and said, nope this was marked before hand and was already on your car!! I know for a fact that huge circular mark was not on my car. I saw him mark the sheet and that wasn't on there. I believe they added it after the fact when their guy screwed up. Oh and by the way, I've got swirls all in my paint now that were not there before. Horrific! So now, I've got to take this thing to Jimmy Buff-its and pay $250 to see if they'll help me fix what ziebarts screwed up. Never, EVER, take your car to ziebart folks. Should have checked angies list beforehand too because there are plenty of other horrible reviews on here.

I called and scheduled a Saturday 9 am appointment 3-4 weeks in advance.

On the day of service, they did not take my car back for 2.5 hours.

At 130, the time they had predicted, they called me and I picked up the car about 145 pm.  We looked it over.  I paid the extra fees (tax, scratch repair) and left.

The salesperson did not hand my extra key back to me, and I drove away.  At 3:05 pm, just after they closed, the saleperson called and left a message to the effect that my extra key was there and I could retrieve it.

Through customer service we arranged for them to bring the keys to me, and I agreed to meet them close to my business.

I drove past several other window tint places to reach the folks who I used in the past for similar service.
I took our new motor home in for window tint and they suggested the diamond coat for the exterior paint.
They did a good job and were very careful to protect our expensive "toy."
The gentleman expertly applied the window tint.  Looks like a manufacturer installed job.
The exterior is shinny enough to be used as a mirror.  Hope I don't blind too many people with reflected sun glare.

I went in to have my windows tinted, but ended up also getting the diamond coating on the paint and the interior protection package.  The window tint was inexpensive and executed flawlessly.  Mitch and the rest were very nice and professional, and they worked me in without an appointment.  The package I bought came with a free monthly hand wash, which is nice.  I took the car in to get one of those washes, again without an appointment, and again they worked me in, even though I came very close to closing time.  I would recommend them to anyone, and my recommendation does not come easily.

I was really impressed with this company.  They offered me a great discount for $200 off my rhino lining.  The person who did the rhino lining wasn't there so they took my truck to their second location in Greenwood and took me at home so I wouldn't have to wait.  They didn't mess up any of my grease fittings or rain holes or anything, which was very professional and showed extreme expertise in their field.  The customer service at this company is wonderful, they definitely care about professionalism and customer satisfaction.  The pricing was very competitive and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

My company selected a local Ziebart to replace part of a spray in bed liner in one of my customer’s trucks. My customers truck had two panels that were replaced and needed sprayed after the repairs. When we took the vehicle to the local Ziebart, they told us that we should have the entire bed sprayed. I explained to them that this was our customer’s vehicle and that the insurance company would only pay for those two panels. The Ziebart employee said they would take care of it but it may not be perfect. Upon arriving to pick up the truck, we noticed that the liner did not match the previous liner. The previous liner (which was sprayed at Ziebart) is a thicker, rubber material. The new material is not even close. I spoke to the manager about my displeasure. He told me that he “begged” us to spray the whole thing. I asked why the material was different and he stated that they don’t spray that old liner material. If that is the case, he should have been upfront and honest with us. Also, other companied we have contacted stated that the whole bed would not have to be completed to match the liner.  I have attached photos for your reference. Basically, I am disappointed in the service and quality of work provided by your Ziebart location. As an Auto Body Business, we have a need for various services you provide. We will NOT use nor recommend Ziebart in the future.

Including the on-line coupon, I was quoted $184.99 which I fully expected to pay, plus 7% Indiana sales tax. When I paid my invoice I found an "Environmental Impact Surcharge" fee of $5.55 was added, and sales tax rate calculated at 7.95%, for a total of $205.24. When I challenged them, they said those are the taxes they have to pay to Indiana. I have researched these additional "taxes" and found them to be bogus. I was overcharged $7.30, and they refused to credit it. I contacted the Ziebart corporate offices in Troy, MI and was politely told all Ziebart retail stores are independent franchisees and any problems I have are between me and them. Can you imagine the extra revenue generated by overcharging all their customers?

-I am completing this entry now 10 months after the service. I was prompted to complete it after receiving a "warranty" reminder and the" services performed" was incomplete and the description of the vehicle was wrong, allowing them to deny warranty service. The vehicle was traded in last month, so that will not be an issue. -Ziebart was recommended by the prior owner of the truck, who had it serviced meticulously and annually at a DIFFERENT Ziebart. The finish and paint looked beautiful when I purchased it in 2007 as a result of the other Ziebart's service (I have receipts of his service.) -very friendly each of the 4 times I had to take the car to try to have the service completed. The friendliness, courtesy, and "professionalism" were very deceiving in light of the actual quality and accuracy of the service performed. "Very sorry" each time I had to show him the areas not finished. -quoted a "big discount" to have the above services performed on the entire truck, 95 GMC Sierra, black. -there were many small scratches that they said they would fill in and blend, and he went into very specific detail about how they would do this and how their technique and service is so superior to others. -first time I got the truck back they had not performed ANY of the "Scratch & Scuff" service and had left an entire panel without the "Protect-a-shine" service -when I came to get the truck they said I would have to buy and bring the touch-up paint myself if I wanted the scratches repaired, so I did and took it to them. -3rd, and 4th times I took the truck back because I would come to pick it up, they would have done one panel rather than finish the whole truck, and I would have to schedule a time to return it. The salesman and I walked around the truck and looked at the areas that had not been repaired each time I had to leave it or bring it back -each time I showed them the work not finished and either left the truck or scheduled a time to return. There was never a time when I returned with a "new" area not treated when I could have been accused of the scratches happening after the work was done, nor did they ever suggest that possibility -after I picked it up the final time, they still had not cleaned the sprayed on wax/residue from inside the bed. It was sprayed on my tools, jack, and other misc items under the fiberglass bed cover. -BOTTOM LINE - Over $700 of service promised on written estimate for a discounted price of $400(written estimate available for confirmation.) Actual work done after them having the car 4 different times, was only Protect-a-shine and Inner guard, advertised at $350. I never took it back to finish the final 2 panels. I used the touch-up paint I bought for them and did it myself. WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE MY SERVICE.

We were quoted one price and they didn't have the correct rails for the truck. So they didn't do any work. We left the truck over night for the rails to arrive. When returned to pick up the truck, the rails were not the correct rails. So we had to leave the truck again to have the rails removed. Before we could get our truck, we were talked into a more expensive set of rails and had to pay for the lining, tint, and rails we didn't want which were removed. We came back, they attached new rails and we paid an addition $135.
