They arrived on time and began work immediately, dividing the work between 2 workers, with another cleaning up. All work was performed to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by how clean they left the yard after cutting up the branches, removing all debris. I am very happy with the services provided. They were professional in all they did for us.

Xanderbuilt has removed a number of trees for us over the years and we have always been very pleased. They do excellent work and clean up so that you don't know that they have been there. In addition, they are small, family business and are very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

When they were finished you could tell they had been there. The cost was amazingly low, ranging from $45 for a single tree trimming to $265 to take down a complete dead tree,

I like them a lot. It was extremely complicated job. It was a gut tree which was in the middle of other trees and that was likely to fall on the parallel lines and it took it all day to do it right. They had do climb on other trees to cut it down. It was a super job that needed to be done. I would rate them high overall and would use their services again in the future.

He gave us a verbal offer and we went with that. Then after the trees were cut down and charged us 3 times as much. It wasn't good. We've written back and forth and he said he never gave us that price to begin with, but he couldn't give us the price he quoted us. We're not happy with them at all and of course we'll never use them again. We've been using him for the 6 years we've been living here. He's done a great job and cleaned up his mess so when this came up we thought whoa, wait a minute. The thing is if he had given us the quote of $3000 we would have never had them cut down. 10/22/2011 Mr. Xander has made satisfactory amends to our complaints. Therefore we have upgraded his listing to an A.

Where do I begin? The service was above and beyond anything I could have expected! If you need serious tree work done like we did you owe it to yourself to use this company, you won't be disappointed! They did such a good job I began feeling guilty that I wasn't paying them enough, please do yourself a favor and go with them.

Simple transaction with no drama. I sent an email with my request, they came out when I was at work and provided a written estimate. I called and confirmed their price was very competitive and reasonable. They said as soon as the weather was clear they would do the work. Work was completed ontime and as estimated. Prompt and Professional at every interaction with this locally owned company. We will hire again.

We can' get a response from this company after three calls over a two week period. We will try someone else on the list!

We called around and they were very reasonably price. It was a ton of work and they did a good job. The owner came and did the estimate. He walked around with my husband and made notes about specific trees and what needed to be done. They called and we were gone but we had already given them permission to squeeze us in whenever. They made a follow up call. Everything that we had requested to be done was done.

They are professionals and good at what they do. I receive a reasonable price for the work and they clean up well. They take care when removing branches and trees to not damage other foliage in the yard.

It was beautiful! I have had more and more people compliment me on the sidewalk. He stands by his work. We had items that needed replaced, not because of anything he did, but because of weather-related issues. He was very creative and artistic as I wasn't sure what I necessarily wanted and asked him for assistance. I gave him a budget of what I wanted to spend and he worked with me and was great! I would definitely have him work for me again.

They trimmed two trees. The job cost me $330. They were very professional. They spent a lot of time examining the trees and talking about the best way to trim them. So, they were very thorough. They did a great job. I will use this company again in the future.

We liked the estimate and we are going to go with them, but the work hasn't been done yet. They were nice. Mr. Xander and his wife came out in the evening after scheduling an appointment and everything was fine. I got estimates from two different companies.

We’ve used Paul many times for tree work (from trimming to removal to planting), mulching, bush trimming, and some plantings. This is the first time we’ve asked Paul to come up with a design and plan to install plantings in a large mulch bed we have (what was there had gone by the way-side over the last couple of years). Paul came up with a great, but simple plan—simple meaning that it wasn’t over done like many landscape architects are prone to do, and will be easy to take care of. The plantings look great and will give us years of enjoyment. Overall, as always, the work done was excellent; Paul and his team were on time and cleaned up everything; they even took on a couple of extra chores for us. We’ve always found Paul to be exceedingly competitive in his pricing for both labor and materials. More importantly, he cares about doing a good job and his customer’s satisfaction—we’re not just one more mulch project to get done and out of the way.
