It took them a month to do the estimate and another 3 months to get the work done, but that was all explained to me on my first phone call. They were a 1/3 the price of my other 2 estimates. The estimate was clear and concise and demonstrated their knowledge. On the assigned day they showed up on time and trimmed until I was happy. They cleaned up the area, chipped all the cut limbs and were on their way

Everything went as planned. We've used Xanderbuilt before and once again, we're very pleased with their work. The guys know what they're doing, they work hard, have the proper equipment for the job and are very professional.

Excellent. They will climb tree for those limbs out of reach of bucket. Used reasonable sized equipment in yard and was concerned about causing as little collateral damage as possible. Clean up was great. Returned promptly when misunderstood grinding of 2 stumps not on quote.

Work was done with care and very professionally. They even installed a second rod for prevention that was not on original quote. We would definitely use again and recommend Xanderbuilt Tree Care to our friends.

These guys are old school. They do everything correctly and with great care. Their cleanup efforts are amazing. And they are nice to talk with to boot.

Great. I called Xanderbuilt on Tuesday. They had someone out to assess the tree on Weds, and agreed that tree failure could occur soon. They put us high on their priority list, and were out early Friday morning. They removed the dangerous portions of the tree, and thoroughly cleaned up. I've used Xanderbuilt in the past, and will continue to rely on them in the future for tree servicing.

Other tree services did not want to bother with the large tree (about 60 feet tall), but Xanderbuilt did a great job of removing the decaying giant. They also were flexible enough to remove and additional tree while on site. They showed up on time and worked fairly quickly. They ground all the stumps and cleaned up after the services were complete. They hauled away all the trees, etc. We were very pleased with the work and will call them back.

They crew was on time, very efficient and cleaned up the work area very well.

Excellent. Over the years, I have had several 100 ft tall trees land on my house as a result of storms. The Xanderbuilt crew has always provided prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. The crew members are courteous and do a superb clean up job when they are done. These guys are the only ones I trust to work on my trees.

They were very quick to provide an estimate and to get us on their schedule. The job took three guys and some heavy equipment and they worked all day without a break to get the job done.

A couple of weeks ago, incredibly high winds wreaked havoc on trees in the neighborhood including a 40' white pine in my backyard. I was able to cut up the trunk, but called Jon from Xanderbuilt to help with the stump which was partially uprooted when the tree fell.

Jon was courteous, professional, and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. Because of the sudden increase in workload, he could not get to it right away. Jon let us know he expected to be able to get to it by the end of the month, and was right on target. To get the stump out, Jon had to move in some heavy equipment. He expressed concern about tearing up the yard, but I indicated that I was already going to have to repair the damage from the uprooted stump and fallen tree so no worries.

While I was at work, he came over and took care of it. I appreciate that Jon made the process so easy. The yard was just fine and, except for the patch of dirt left behind, there was no evidence that the stump was ever there. I would definitely use his services again.
