Description of Work: This was for a tree trimming job. The estimate was performed in a timely manner and the job was as well. The team did an excellent job of communicating the details of the work they were doing with me and also did great clean up. I have also had them do a few jobs previously of taking out some overgrown shrubs and removing old fencing. I would recommmend them highly!

However we were called and told they would not be doing snowremoval on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day which is when we would be having company. Since we are both very senior, senior citizens, we need to have some one who is always dependable. So we lined up someone else. And if didn't snow anyway. Several years ago they went to FL for the month of February, when we had several snows, so we were left stranded. Very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I have used this company before satisfactorily. In fact, I sought them out to use again. I was promised work within a week and then within three weeks. It has now been more than 6 weeks and when I phone the company I get a voice mail system that won't operate and cannot reach anyone. Are they still in business? I am disappointed and frustrated.
