He thought my neighbors' house that was already cleared off was mine, so he drove home. I called him, and he came back out and cleared my driveway and sidewalk. I thought that was really nice. I am staying on his list for future snow removals.

I've been using this company for years. They're incredibly good and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone.

He was very prompt and gave me a reasonable estimate. I did add a few things the day he came and he was very accommodating. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwords. Mr. Xanders was very polite and understanding when I had to change appt. due to an emergency.

He knows what he is doing & does it well. Great to work with. He is the best. Will come if you have a tree that falls right away. Keep up the good work.

We emailed a request for an estimate and had one within a day. It was significantly less than other estimates. They were able to come out within the week to do the work. We're very happy with the work they did. They are pleasant to work with and clean up was great.

Paul and his team did a great job. They showed up on time and were very busy throughout the day. We had a lot of poison ivy everywhere, and they got rid of all of it. They trimmed the trees neatly and cleaned up well. Paul was great at giving suggestions for our property, and letting us decide if that was what we wanted. When we asked him, he also gave us suggestions about how we could maintain the yard. If we pointed out areas that we thought still needed work, he and his team did what we asked them to. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Quick to come for a free competitive estimate. Took a while to arrange for a time to perform the service (3 weeks), but the trees weren't going anywhere (so that was a negligible aspect). The work itself was done quickly and effectively. No mess left behind. During the estimate, I was informed that as one of the trees was very close to the house, the stump might not be able to be ground very deeply. However, it was ground deep enough. Well done.

This work was performed over a period of about a year. The removal of the very large maple was done very well. The smaller tree was not left and stacked as requested. The several bushes were removed very well with good clean up. The underground drain was done well, except one end was not buried deep enough. This was corrected by other work done later by another contractor. The drain was routed under an existing walk and the walk was not disturbed. Overall I am usually very pleased with Paul's work. I trust him to prune my trees well and to be careful when removing trees. I did have the larger tree bid by others and Paul had a better price and performed good work.

He cleaned our driveway of snow as we had requested. He was VERY reasonable. Only problem was he went on vacation and we had another snow!

Paul and his crew removed the tree on the day he said he would; the yard was completely cleaned up. There were no branches, boughs, pine cones left anywhere! The stump was ground as requested.

They take a while to come to you because they are very busy but they are good and do a very good job and their prices are reasonable.

After agreeing to the price Paul quoted for tree trimming, I was told that I would be put on their company schedule. I have called twice during the summer to check on when the work might be performed and each time I was told that ''you are on the schedule.'' As of October 6, 2006 the work has not been started, and I have not received a phone call. I have used Paul before for similar work and have been pleased with the previous results. Once he came very quickly to remove a tree felled by an ice storm and has always been polite and reasonably-priced in his other work. However, this has not been the same experience. I think a four month wait for trimming is excessive.

Vendor provided prompt and competitive estimate. Work was done on time and thoroughly. Vendor left job site clean of debris.

THE COMPANY CALLED AHEAD LIKE THEY PROMISED AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THE ESTIMATE WAS MADE FOR. THE BILL WAS FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT OF ESTIMATE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO REFER THEM TO EVERYONE.

They are conscientious, personable, and clean up well. Sometimes there is a lapse in time, especially if there has been a storm, but they will respond.

I was very pleased with the work they did under some very trying weather conditions- intermittent rain & hail. The work was done quickly. The grass area around the tree was cleaned up. The workers were pleasant & attentive to their work.

They also do spring yard cleaning. They are very good.
