We met with Chris on June 27, 2014. Between that date and near the end of August, a few disappointing things transpired. 1. Chris asked for an additional plan to be draw. We had that done. 2. When he picked up the additional plan, he said he would work on this and get back with us the following week. Never heard from him. 3. I called his office and was told that Zach would get back with me. He never did. 4. Finally, after a couple of weeks, I called again. Zach assure me that he would speak with Chris and call me the next day. By this time (almost 2 months) we were very frustrated, and we didn't wait for Zach's call. I called and informed Zach that we were taking Chris off our list of contractors. I know summer is a busy time for contractors, and Chris probably does good work, but having recently moved from the east coast, I am used to more efficient customer service. I would have expected and would have appreciate better communication from a professional business person. It wouldn't have taken much effort to pick up the phone and stay in contact with a potential client.

I'm pretty happy with them. They did a lot of stuff, knocked out a wall, redid the electricity, it's a complete got-job. They are good. I like them. They're really nice team. They are cool, so nice, and all the people they use are all nice.

Called to get an estimate for basement remodel and left a voice mail on 1/11/13. As, of 1/18/13 I have not received a return phone call.

The scheduling was excellent and the technician was knowledgeable, efficient, answered all my questions. All around the service was excellent.

Chris Wright was very professional and took a lot of time assessing our home. He took a lot of notes and told us that he would get back to us. We did not hear from him even after two weeks and so we contacted his office. We then got an email back from him saying that there was a death in his family and he apologized for the delay. A month passed and we sent another message to him. We have never heard anything from him since then. It was strange because he seemed like he was very interested and very attentive when he looked over the project but then, he never followed up with us. He was on time. We would have much more appreciated him if he said that he was not interested in the work. He could have made a courtesy call and said that he could not do it. It would have made us happy if he was not interested than he not following up.

I have never in my life worked with such a respectful and kind group of contractors. Our home was kept very clean. They made a pathway to the front of our house to protect the floor covering. They took great effort to keep the house as clean as possible so that we can continue living in this house while they did the job. They were very conscientious and courteous. They did excellent work. I am very pleased with the work they have done. They have been very open with us and kept us aware of the progress of work. I appreciate their communication. They did take more time than they said to finish the project. Overall, they are doing a wonderful job.

They are wonderful. Everything they do is fantastic. Their quality of work and their service is very good. I have used them many times for extensive works which is easily over $100,000. They have been great.
