We have a house we are getting ready to put on the market.  The floors were original from the 1940's and looked dull and warn. The floors look stunning after he refinished them! I am estactic how they turned out. I was referred to Sean.  He qouted me cheaper then the 4 other companies I had contacted.  He was available when I needed him to be. We had a spot on the floors that needed to be repaired that he did and it looks flawless.  You can't tell where there had been a vent there once before. He communicated if he wasn't able to be at the house. He called me when the job was done. Which I might add was in the time he initially gave.  I didn't have to follow up with him. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I would definatly refer him. He does an exceptional job.

It went really well. There were no problems at all, and Sean is truly a master of his craft.

Sean is a highly skilled professional hardwood floor artist, and takes genuine pride in his craft. He completes the projects by himself and works diligently to do so in the time requested, if not sooner. We began working with Sean by phone before we had moved to the area and we are thrilled with his work. Even though we had not seen the floors underneath the carpet we wished to refinish, he was able to determine what was feasible and gave us estimates right away for various options. We decided to just have him refinish all existing hardwoods and install new hardwoods in the closet and master bath (part). The refinshed hardwoods are exceptionally beautiful and have greatly improved the character of our home. His detailed work is noticeable for instance in the edging around the baseboards (which he stained beautifully to match) in that he took extra care and time with more exact cuts around doorways, etc. The finish he used is still beautiful and easy to maintain three months later, and I'm sure for years to come. Before we moved to the area and in the middle of his work, he took before and after pictures to show us how the cleaning and sanding was removing a lot of the large stains. He took the care to make sure the floors were truly clean and sanded smooth before applying the finish. The new hardwoods he installed over the subfloor of the closet and part of the master bath is exquisite and quite a seamless transition from the older refinished floors as you are walking back towards the closet and master bath. Sean also did detailed work with quality cutting and shaping around radiators and part of the tub. Sean is a skilled craftsman and enjoys making beautiful hardwood floors for his clients. He is open to what plans and ideas you have, and goes through the creative process with you. Yet, he also understands that clients may have a simple request and may have other needs in the future but gladly helps them with what they need at the moment. Sean finished all work as requested, on time, as budgeted and with results that blew us away and made our house feel more like home. We look forward to our next project with Sean and would recommend him to anyone who is serious about having beautiful hardwood floors from a master craftsman and very professional person.

Sean was very thorough and professional about everything he did. He brought all of the wood into the house about a week early so it had a chance to adjust to the temperature and humidity of the house before installation and helped us move our furniture out of the way. Sean finished the job while we were out of the country on vacation and we returned to a house that was much cleaner than when we left - he even took care of the dog, took out the trash, and retrieved our mail for us while away!

EXCELLENT! Sean is tremendous, he installed our floors a few years ago and they are still perfect. He had to do a little extra detail work and still completed the job in the time frame we originally discussed. He is professional and I trusted him in my home completely.

Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Sean was originally contracted to add hardwood in two offices to match our existing hardwood floors. He was also contracted to refinish the existing floors. Sean asked for $1500 up front for materials and requested additional money later (he was paid $6500 of the proposed $8000 total cost). He laid the hardwood in both offices, but his behavior and lack of dependability required his dismissal before completing the finishing of the new floors or any of the refinishing work. After receiving the additional funds, Sean failed to complete or even begin phases of the work. He allowed his girlfriend to visit him in our home, once while we were there. He also fell asleep for 6 hours, being unable to complete promised work. The final straw was his five-hour delay in showing up without contacting us or our overall contractor. Sean's work was acceptable. His behavior was unacceptable. He left around $1500 or unfinished work. BEWARE.
